Rodney Sampson is a venture capital investor at 100 Black Angels & Allies Fund who built his career as both an ecosystem architect and serial entrepreneur, co-founding streaming technology company Piksel and creating Opportunity Hub before launching his fund as the capital arm of that broader community-building work. He combines investing with educational programming to train the next generation of Black investors and angels, while also providing formal testimony to U.S. policymakers and serving as a thought leader for universities and cities designing tech ecosystems that intentionally center Black and underrepresented communities.
