About Jasper

Jasper Technologies, Inc., formerly Jasper Wireless, Inc., was an American software developer that provided a cloud-based software platform for the Internet of Things (IoT). On February 3, 2016, Cisco Systems announced its plans to acquire Jasper for $1.4 billion. The deal was finalized on March 22, 2016.
