Arul Murugan is Managing Partner and Chairman of Borderless Capital, an SEC-registered investment management firm that has made more than 250 blockchain and Web3 investments since 2018. He founded Enrich, an Oracle procurement software company, in 2003 and grew it across North America, Europe and Asia before exiting in early 2016, with a second exit in 2017 to the Swedish private equity firm EQT. Enrich made the Inc. 500/5000 list five consecutive years and the Deloitte Technology Fast 50, and Murugan was named Entrepreneur of the Year by B2B magazine, FETNA and Ernst & Young. He later founded and led 11-11 Ventures, a blockchain-focused venture firm based at the Tech Alpharetta innovation center in Georgia, and co-founded the $100 million blockchain fund Algo Capital. He has served on the board of TiE Atlanta and holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University.
