Borderless DePIN Fund III (US) LP filed in November 2024 against a $100 million offering and reported $8 million sold from 14 investors by November 2025. The Borderless Venture Fund filed US and non-US vehicles in 2025, each at a $150 million offering, with $5 million sold from a single investor in the US vehicle as of May 2026.
