Sponsorship, ownership, and editorial independence
SponsorBeast separates paid inventory, commonly owned products, and independent comparison evidence so buyers can understand each commercial relationship where it appears.

Paid placement disclosure
Every paid module is labeled Sponsored at the point of presentation. Direct advertiser links use rel=sponsored. A paid placement is separate from the evidence matrix and cannot be presented as an editorial rank.
Owned-product disclosure
SponsorBeast and Archstone share common ownership. When Archstone is recommended, the recommendation is labeled Owned product beside the recommendation and links back to this policy.
Guide order
A guide may show a paid sponsor first, an explicitly labeled Archstone owned-product recommendation second, and an unnumbered evidence matrix after those disclosures. Sponsorship does not remove competitors from the matrix.
Editorial independence
Sponsors may correct company facts, pricing, product capabilities, links, and supplied assets. SponsorBeast retains control over methodology, evidence, limitations, comparisons, conclusions, and whether claims are supportable.
What is guaranteed
The contract covers the selected module, guide URL, term, publishing service level, and placement uptime. SponsorBeast does not guarantee traffic, views, clicks, leads, rankings, conversions, revenue, or citations by search engines or AI systems.
Payment and delivery
The full term is paid up front through Stripe and becomes immediately nonrefundable. SponsorBeast publishes within five business days after complete assets are received; the clock pauses while awaiting sponsor review. Fixed terms include one creative refresh per quarter.
Reporting and make-goods
Sponsor reports contain aggregate placement views, direct-link clicks, active days, and SponsorBeast-caused downtime. The remedy for placement downtime or an internal delivery error is a term extension, not an outcome-based refund or performance promise.
Sponsor eligibility and removal
SponsorBeast accepts vetted B2B providers relevant to private-capital operations. It may reject, suspend, or remove placements involving deceptive or unverified claims, investment solicitations, sanctions, malware, legal requirements, material compliance concerns, or serious reputational risk.
Perpetual protected guides
Perpetual placement is Featured only and available solely on CEO-designated guide URLs. A purchased URL cannot be merged, redirected, deleted, noindexed, recanonicalized, or removed from the sitemap or navigable content graph while SponsorBeast operates. Quarterly review applies in year one and annual review thereafter, plus urgent factual updates.
