About Dawn Lippert
Dawn Lippert has built an unusually integrated climate role spanning nonprofit leadership at Elemental Excelerator, venture investing at Earthshot Ventures, and policy influence at Emerson Collective, giving her a rare view across philanthropy, first-of-a-kind project finance, and top-quartile VC returns. She pioneered a place-based, community-first investing approach by moving to Hawaii to learn how to transition an entire island economy from fossil fuels to renewables, then scaling that model from Hawaii to Asia-Pacific, California, and now all 50 U.S. states through deliberate partnerships with local nonprofits and community organizations as core infrastructure for tech deployment.
