Katelin Holloway is a former Pixar and Reddit people executive who became a venture investor at Seven Seven Six specifically to bring HR expertise to early-stage investing, co-founding the firm around the belief that if VCs truly think team matters most, there would be more partners with HR backgrounds. She built 776's proprietary assessment system called Cerebro where the entire team scores founders on both product and personal traits like coachability and integrity, then re-evaluates the same founders six months later to turn investment instinct into a measurable skill across the firm.
