Nadeem Syed uniquely serves as both Chief Financial Officer of Western Governors University, a large nonprofit online university, and General Partner at Juvo Ventures, bringing direct operator experience from a major digital-native education institution into his venture role. Before entering education and venture capital, he spent 11 years at AT&T in leadership roles across finance, pricing, and business development in telecom and media, including leading finance for Xandr and helping launch DirecTV Now, plus earlier founded a medical imaging startup and conducted machine learning research with peer-reviewed publications.
