Ted is a third-generation venture capitalist who co-founded both a bootstrapped crypto fund called Breyer Labs and Atoka, a company that helps recover lost cryptocurrency using large-scale compute power. At Breyer Capital, he leads fintech and blockchain investing while also bridging elite Western and Chinese networks through his education at Harvard and Tsinghua University as a Schwarzman Scholar.
