Michael Hock is a co-founder-operator turned fintech VC who built fintech businesses hands-on before becoming a full-time investor, including leadership roles in company-building platform finleap, giving him operator turned investor credibility specifically in European fintech. He co-founded embedded/capital with Ramin Niroumand and then led its integration into Motive Partners as the early-stage arm called Motive Ventures, maintaining a focus on pre-seed and seed while plugging founders into a much larger fintech private-equity platform.
