Paul Bricault is a Canadian-born venture capitalist who spent over a decade at William Morris talent agency, including serving on its board and running digital media, before co-creating one of the earliest LA-focused corporate venture funds called The Mailroom Fund with Accel Partners in 2008. At Amplify.LA, he designed a non-traditional accelerator model that rejects fixed cohorts and demo days in favor of staggered start dates and variable support durations, while building a 10,000 square foot Venice campus that mixes early-stage founders with experienced entrepreneurs in a deliberate freshman-sophomore-senior learning structure.
