Alberto Yepez co-founded Forgepoint and serves as managing director, and he is named alongside Donald R. Dixon as a managing member of the general partner on the firm's fund filings. Ernie Bio and Leo Casusol are managing directors on the investment team, and Damien Henault is managing director and partner of Forgepoint Capital International, the arm working out of the firm's London office at 12 Hammersmith Grove.

The operating side is unusually built out for a sector specialist. Lisa Lee is chief financial officer, Jaime Goyarrola holds the same role for the international vehicle, and Mercy Caprara leads portfolio operations, a function that carries weight when portfolio companies all sell into the same chief information security officer buyer base the firm's network reaches. Forgepoint runs three flagship cybersecurity funds plus a parallel affiliate series and a deep bench of single-deal co-investment vehicles. ForgePoint Cybersecurity Fund I entered exempt-offering records in 2015, Fund II in 2019 and Fund III in 2022. Fund III is the largest by a wide margin: its Form D sets a $750 million offering, with $191.96 million sold to 22 investors as of the September 2023 amendment, and names Donald R. Dixon and Alberto Yepez as managing members of the general partner.

Alongside each flagship sits a ForgePoint Cyber Affiliates fund, with Affiliates I, II and III registered in 2015, 2019 and 2024 respectively. The firm has also stood up at least six ForgePoint Cyber Co-Investors vehicles, running from Co-Investors I through I-F and filed between 2015 and 2020, a structure that lets limited partners concentrate into individual security companies beyond their fund commitment.
