Felix Kues is a serial founder who built companies across Hong Kong, UAE, India, and Colombia before becoming a VC, giving him hands-on operating experience in very different regulatory and cultural environments rather than just Silicon Valley-style startups. At Aurelia Ventures, he designed an unusually selective program that works with only one company per month for 1.5-2.5 years from idea through seed, providing hundreds of hours of direct support for about 1.5% equity compared to traditional accelerators that take 6-10% for much shorter programs.
