Bow Capital's first fund appears in SEC filings as Bow Capital Fund I, LP, which reported a $300 million offering with $100 million sold as of an October 2016 amendment, following a first sale in July 2016; the fund was registered in Palo Alto. A small co-investment vehicle, Bow Capital 2021-1, LLC, raised $2.1 million in 2021. Bow Capital Fund II, LP was filed in December 2021 on an indefinite offering amount from a Menlo Park address, and is the structure the firm runs today. The fund is anchored by the University of California, the relationship Bow cites as its source of technical access and talent.
