FirstMark Capital III, LP closed $222.575 million in November 2013 with a first sale of 30 October, signed by Brian Kempner. Fund IV took $268.625 million in June 2016, the first flagship signed by Rick Heitzmann and Amish Jani together. Fund V opened a $400 million offering in December 2019 and Fund VI a $600 million offering in April 2022.
